2 handfuls of frozen pineapple
½ frozen banana
1 teaspoon grated ginger
Add all the ingredients to a blender and mix until smooth. If the mixture is too thick add more water and blend again.
2 handfuls of mixed berries (frozen or fresh)
1 large handful of spinach
350ml water or dairy-free milk
1 tsp grated ginger
1 tbsp flax seeds, chia seed or a mix of both
Add all the ingredients to a blender. Blend until smooth, adding a bit extra liquid if the mixture is too thick.
125ml water or dairy-free milk
125ml freshly squeezed orange juice
2 tbsp yoghurt or kefir
2 handfuls of frozen mango
1/2 tsp turmeric
Blend all the ingredients until smooth. If the mixture is too thick add a small amount of water and blend again.
