Why NeoVos was created
NeoVos was founded by our Managing Director and Scientist, Troy Whyte, in 2019. Troy’s passion for health optimisation became a priority when his wife became pregnant. As a forensic scientist, he took to researching the latest data to help mum and baby be healthy and happy. Coming across ‘The Window of Opportunity’ where the first 1,000 days of life present as a pivotal development for a child’s gut microbiome, led to the UK’s first affordable and actionable gut test. NeoVos soon evolved and now provides gut health and nutritional tests, with more on the way!

NeoVos means ‘new you’ and that’s our goal; as a UK lab we are on a mission to help as many people as possible improve their health through affordable testing. Powered by the team at SureScreen Scientifics for Health, we focus on important health tests that can be done in the comfort of your own home and backed by analytical chemistry to ensure accurate results, first time.

Head Office
We are based in Derbyshire in the East Midlands in a converted 1740s Georgian House with a walled garden, orchard and bee hives.
Technology
We use the latest tools from PCR, qPCR and metabarcoding, to 16s and Shotgun metagenomics.
Quality
We validate all tests inhouse and follow approved methods to a gold standard. All methods are covered under our meticulous quality management system ISO9001 accreditation.
